CONDITION OF SALE
Essential oils are highly concentrated substances, which require proper training to be used in their pure form. All products are sold on a wholesale basis; i.e. sold for further processing, to be used to manufacture other products, or to be resold. We may request a copy of your firm's Retail Merchant Certificate or business registration paperwork. Rose Valley Oils must keep these certificates on file for tax purposes. We appreciate your cooperation.
PAYMENT POLICIES
Except for sample orders, the minimum order is $50. A service charge of $5 applies to orders under $50. First orders are prepaid. Credit terms may be established for subsequent orders upon approval of a credit application. Only checks and money orders are accepted. Make checks payable to: Rose Valley Oils. Please allow 2-3 business days for checks to clear before orders are shipped.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day, provided that payment is cleared. We use USPS Priority Mail as our main shipping method, because we have found this service to be fast, inexpensive and reliable. Shipping charges are based on the exact rates to your area. Delivery time is 2 business days for orders shipped within the US.
We are happy to accommodate customers who wish to use their UPS or FedEx accounts. Special shipping arrangements are made for bulk orders. Orders shipped from Bulgaria require between 2 and 4 weeks for delivery from the time they are placed.
Oils, which are considered flammable, will be shipped by ground and may take longer.
RETURNS
Rose Valley Oils has not had a single dissatisfied customer to date. We provide free samples and certificates of analysis with all orders. We strive to ensure quality satisfaction before an order is shipped. Generally, we are unable to accept returns of opened essential oils, because the quality can no longer be guaranteed. This is especially true for bulk orders. If you are not satisfied with your essential oils, please contact Rose Valley Oils immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Shipping charges are non-refundable and restocking fees may apply to any authorized returns.
We recommend insuring your orders with the shipper. Please inspect your shipment carefully upon receipt. Damage claims must be handled with the shipper. If you suspect an error in your shipment, please do not open the item and contact us at rosevalleyoils@wildmail.com.
